Most of our group classes run in monthly sessions. To enroll in a class, just arrive 15 minutes early for the first class of the month. Pre-registration is not required. Some classes run on a "drop in" format, and you may start at any time. Please check on the class names above for more information.
Class Fees: Unless otherwise specified, Classes are $15.00 per hour or $10.00 per hour when paid in advance for the month.
